Brew Crew: Pearl, Edmund and Smokey at The Grind

Amanda and Howard have lovingly created a special meeting place in the heart of Kelham Island and when they kindly invited the cast and crew of the Painted World of Wildago into their café in December 2011, shouts of joy could be heard all over the Peak District. (Some of you may recall the antics of Pearl and Friends at another Kelham Island gem - The Chimney House - in the spring of 2010.) So although Pearl and Edmund have still not met each other, it would seem they are both drawn to trendy parts of Sheffield. And as for Smokey, well she just shows up wherever there's the slightest mention of chic or groovy places.
The Grind proudly displays its own Wildago originals (below) and have kindly reserved a wall space for a revolving exhibition of Wildago's other work. In keeping with the freshness of The Grind's excellent coffee and food, Wildago keeps the pictures changing on a regular basis. And as a Canadian, she enjoys dropping in to see the moose - a permanent guest of the Café.
