Todd was accidentally (...?) discovered in Edmund's recycle bin and who could resist those big brown eyes? And even if Edmund hadn't bought him a posh gold-studded red collar, no one loves Edmund more than Todd the dog.

(Todd the dog was named after the artist's brother, who is also an affectionate and loyal companion.)
