SUNFLOWER PEARL, 2013. Sometimes a commission arises from a Facebook post. In this instance I posted a small sketch of Pearl holding sunflowers and someone liked it enough to ask for a large version. Since he also gave me a beautiful bouquet of sunflowers, I tried to colour-match the petals and leaves. One of my very best supporters, he calls his place Pearl Harbour!
